About Salvoc

Independent AI architecture and engineering for real business systems

I am a software engineer and independent AI architect with more than 25 years of experience spanning technology, marketing and leadership. Through Salvoc, I design and build AI systems, workflow automation, custom software and business systems around real operational needs.

What Salvoc is

Salvoc is the professional brand under which I work as an independent AI architect and engineer. I design and build systems around business processes, data, existing tools and operational constraints — using AI where it adds practical value rather than treating it as the starting point.

My work covers four connected areas: AI systems, workflow automation, custom development and business systems. They are not separate disciplines in practice. A project can move across several of them as the architecture takes shape and the system is implemented.

Direct involvement from architecture to implementation

I work directly with clients from the initial problem and scoping through architecture, implementation, integration and rollout. The person discussing the problem with you is also the person making the technical decisions and building the system.

This keeps business context and engineering decisions close together. There is no handoff from a sales or strategy layer to a separate delivery team, and fewer layers between the problem, the architecture and the working system.

How I work

  1. Understand the business problem before choosing the technology.

  2. Keep architecture and implementation connected.

  3. Build for real workflows, integrations and operational constraints.

  4. Use AI where it improves the system, not because AI is the objective.

  5. Treat security, governance and human oversight as engineering concerns.

  6. Stay direct about trade-offs, limitations and what the work can realistically deliver.

Engineering with business context

I am a software engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience across technology, marketing and leadership. I have worked across different business functions and held leadership roles in different areas, giving me a practical understanding of how technology, operations, commercial priorities and organisational decisions interact.

That experience shapes how I approach AI and software engineering today. I can work at the architecture level, understand the business context behind the system, and remain hands-on in the engineering required to make it work.

Discuss the system or workflow you need to solve

If you are working through an AI, automation or software problem, start with a direct conversation about the system, the constraints and what needs to work in practice.
